If unexpected circumstances should arise and impact your holiday plans, we would be glad to assist you with the cancellation procedures and refund your money. Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers' requirements, and can be summarized as follows:
Hotel Cancellation
+21 Days before requested arrival date There is 3% banking fees
21 - 14 Days before requested arrival date There is a 5% administration and banking charge
13 - 7 Days before requested arrival date There is a 10% administration and banking charg
6 - 3 Days before requested arrival date There is a cancellation fee of one night
2 - 0 Days before requested arrival date There is a cancellation fee of your full booking amount.
Tour/Package Cancellation
+30 Days before trip commencement There is 3% banking fees
15 - 30 days 70% will be refunded
7 - 14 days 50% will be refunded
Less than 7 days no refund
Flight Cancellation
Cancelled bookings will incur a cancellation fee. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking regardless of whether the service is used, please contact us for details.
REMARKS : For authentication purposes, only written cancellation notices (e-mail or fax) will be accepted. The refund will be made through bank transfer, cheque, or through your credit card, depending on the original method of purchase. Additionally, although jjexplorertours.com will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take from 4 to 6 weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank's practice.
